Context: Shot this video in 2019 with San Jose-based lagree company, SMUV now called LFBA to highlight there’s a new type of fitness studio around the Bay Area that is low impact and high. LFBA now has 2 locations: San Jose, California, and Fremont, California. I reached out to the owner to see if they were interested in some marketing content for their shop. They replied within the same day and wanted to create a promotional video as well as branded photos that match their brand to get more foot traffic and brand awareness. Lagree isn’t represented by high energy due to the nature of the movements but the owner really wanted to showcase how community-based it is and how fun it is especially for people who are turned off by high-impact and high-intensity workouts.
